We've been recycling materials since our early days forging pitons in the Tin Shed. With a reuse mentality imbedded in our DNA, it was only natural for us to build our Recycled Down Vest almost entirely from recycled materials. The reversible design let's you adjust the vest's level of insulation to meet prevailing conditions. Worn with the recycled polyester ripstop on the outside, the vest resists abrasion and stops moisture and wind with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. For greater warmth and a snugger fit, place the 100% recycled polyester deep-pile fleece next to your body to trap heat. Either way, a cozy layer of 600-fill-power 100% recycled down—reclaimed from used down products—blocks cold air and holds onto your warmth. Handwarmer pockets both inside and out hold keys, phone and dark chocolate. A zippered chest pocket on the fleece side is inspired by the one on our iconic Retro-X Jacket. The drop-tail design protects your backside for bike commuting or working under the truck. Comes with a stuffsack for easy packing.
